The B&B Hotels-KTM cycling team is a former French professional road cycling team created in the 2018 season with the status of a professional continental team. It raced with a UCI ProTeam license from 2020 to 2022 (second division of men's road cycling) and was managed by Jérôme Pineau, a former professional cyclist. Sponsored by the company Vital Concept and endowed with an initial budget of 6 million euros, the team was presented at a press conference on August 17, 2017, by its manager Jérôme Pineau. On January 8, 2018, it was announced that the team was not invited for the 2018 Tour de France, but that it obtained a wildcard for the Critérium du Dauphiné 2018. On January 24, 2018, for its first appearance on a race UCI, the team knows the victory, Julien Morice winning the inaugural time trial of the Tour of Sharjah. In 2019, for its second year of existence, it sees the arrival of B&B Hotels as co-sponsor of the team. In April of the same year, it was one of the teams applying for the World Tour category for the 2020 to 2022 seasons. In July 2022, on the occasion of the last stage of the Tour de France, the team announced a partnership from 2023 with the City of Paris, which will lend its name and image to the Breton training, without however providing financial support. In December, the newspaper L'Équipe announces the disappearance of B&B Hotels for lack of having found the necessary funds for the 2023 season. Thursday, December 29, 2022 Jordi Warlop will offer the last victory to the team before his total disappearance to the Belgian Champion from beachrace 2022.
