DESCRIPTION

Organic Gatosport is the best breakfast or replacement meal your body can have before starting an effort or on a full-day competition. Organic Gatosport is a product from organic farming.

1/3 Organic Gatosport provides all the necessary energy before your effort.
Very easily digested, Organic Gatosport can be consumed only an hour before the start of the effort.
Organic Gatosport is easily prepared and consumed. It contributes to compensate stress-induced hypoglycaemias.
Can also be used during physical exertion (long-distance events).

USE

Mix the whole of the tin (400 g) with about 250 ml of water and stir to a smooth consistency. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180-200°C, 365-392°F, gas mark 4-5) for about 30 to 40 minutes.

Eat 1/3 to 1/2 a cake slowly, by finishing about 1 hour before the start of the effort.

Ideal breakfast or meal between two competitions of the same day.

Organic Gatosport should be eaten on its own or eventually with a small cup of tea or coffee (without milk) as it provides all the necessary energy before your effort.

The cake can be prepared up to 4 days before utilization. Once baked the remaining portions can be frozen (never refroze a defrosted product).

As a temporary fix of preparation: microwave oven (850w, cooking time 8 minutes; the cake should be prepared just before utilization as it cannot be stored) or in a pan (cover and cook at minimum temperature for 30 to 40 minutes)..
