USE

As a snack before training : use a bar about 1 hour before the start of your session.

During the effort : complements the action of OVERSTIMS energy fluids, liquid meals and gels during long-distance efforts.

After the effort : 1 to 2 bars together with the OVERSTIMS Recovery drink to be taken immediately after the end of the effort.

They can also be taken as a snack to make up for a deficient protein intake or as a stopgap.
