This adapter attaches to the SPD-SL holes to create a raised platform in which an SPD block can be placed. Thus, the rider can combine the performance of a road shoe with the full range of SPD pedal systems. The SH-SH51 and SM-SH56 cleats can be used with the SPD cleat adapter.

    J'ai des chaussures route 3 points de fixation, et je souhaitais passer en cales spd vtt qui sont plus simples pour moi à utiliser. Grâce à cet adaptateur c'est fait. Merci beaucoup d'avoir cet article disponible :-)
