REGO Rapid Recovery Powder replenishes muscle energy with carbohydrates, supports muscle repair with protein and leucine, and rehydrates the body with electrolytes after exercise.

Instructions for use :

Add 2 scoops (50 g) to 500 ml of cold water, then shake to dissolve lumps. (This product is not suitable for mixing with milk, as it will slow absorption. It is recommended to not exceed 3 servings per day).
